Gonzales Lab Outreach
We are fascinated by the idea to increment the number of minority scholars to join the workforce of biomedical sciences.
One core responsibility of the Gonzales lab is the inclusion of scholars from diverse backgrounds, fields and experiences, rendering an exclusive cocktail to perform biomedical research. To close this gap, we engage into vital task(s) to fuel this initiative, two of these tasks are:
(1) Recruit under-represented undergraduate students from community colleges and attract the general population of scholars to join our lab by performing high quality research involving synthesis, nuclear imaging and in vivo experiments.

(2) By scientific collaborations, invite minority students and researchers from central and south america to join the Gonzales lab as a way to exchanges experiences and knowledge.

This is our visit to the Scientific University of Peru to interlace our collaborations and exchanges.
